The Arts Service at Warwick District Council are looking for a part-time Marketing Officer to join the Programming and Marketing Team.

The service manages the Royal Spa Centre (theatre/cinema/event space), the Royal Pump Rooms (gallery/museum) and Leamington Town Hall.

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for maximising attendance at the programme of shows and films at the Royal Spa Centre and the exhibitions and events at Leamington Spa Art Gallery and Museum (located in the Royal Pump Rooms).

The position is 18.5 hours a week and our preference is that these hours are working Monday to Friday. Occasionally flexible working may be required including evenings and weekends.

The work is split between being on site and at the Royal Spa Centre and Royal Pump Rooms in Leamington Spa.

Responsibilities
  • Managing print and distribution.
  • Creating content and posting on social media channels.
  • Producing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluating campaign success.
  • Collaborating with teams within the Arts Service and wider council.
Qualifications
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about marketing.
  • Sound knowledge of marketing principles.
  • Understanding of the arts industries.
  • Team player with initiative to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload.

This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to develop a burgeoning marketing career in the Arts, and who loves to get involved in lots of different projects.
