Close to Leamington Spa
• Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 DOE

Hours:

Standard day shift Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Syntech Recruitment are working with a UKAS-accredited calibration laboratory who are looking to add an experienced Calibration Technician to their growing team. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering accurate, ISO
17025-compliant calibrations across customer equipment, primarily within pressure measurement.

• Perform calibrations in accordance with documented procedures
• Maintain ISO
  17025-compliant documentation
• Record and input data into the calibration management system
• Identify and report non-conformances
• Ensure customer-specific requirements are met
• Support goods-in and general lab operations where required

• Strong understanding of ISO
  17025/Calibration Technician hands on experience and supporting documentation
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good IT skills including Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills when liaising with customers
