We've partnered with a high-performance engineering company delivering precision transmission components for motor sport and aerospace clients.

They're looking for a CNC Turner who knows their way around complex drawings, can tweak programs on the fly, and thrives in a small, tight-knit team that punches well above its weight.

What you'll be doing:

As a CNC Turner - Nights, you'll be producing low-volume, high-quality components with micrometre-level precision. Your toolkit includes Victor Turn II 26 HD, Leadwell LTC 25iL with Siemens 828D, and Doosan Puma GT3100 lathes - and the ability to think, adapt, and own your craft.

Your key responsibilities:

* Translate engineering drawings into top-tier machined components

* Adjust programs, feeds, and speeds to meet tight tolerances

* Operate various CNC lathes and support with offline programming

* Collaborate to solve problems and continuously improve output

* Pitch in across manufacturing when needed

* Stay ahead of tooling trends and apply best practices

* Flex to help hit urgent deadlines (paid overtime available)

What you'll need to succeed:

Solid CNC turning experience - Fanuc controls required;
Siemens a plus

* Confident editing and adjusting CNC programs

* Track record of producing top-quality, right-first-time components

* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset

* Bonus points for experience with Harrison Alpha 400 Plus or manual lathes
