We are a leading international manufacturing company based in Leamington Spa. We are looking for an Assembly Operative to join our existing team on a temporary ongoing basis.
Assembly Operative Overview- Location:
Leamington Spa, England, United Kingdom - Type:
Temporary ongoing assignment - Pay:
Days – £14.45 per hour;
Early and Late shifts – £16.10 per hour - Hours:
39 hours per week, 5 days working (Mon–Fri with short breaks).
- Work within the assembly department assembling various products.
- Inspect quality of products.
- Use various hand tools.
- Work within a team and resolve any assembly issues that may arise.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work to strict targets and deadlines.
- Possess previous production/assembly experience in a manufacturing organisation.

- Strong hand‑tool skills.
- Strong quality inspection skills.
