Production / Manufacturing Operators required for our Automotive Client in Leamington Spa.
We are offering Rotating Shift (AM/PM), Day Shifts and Night Shifts with a combination of different roles within the business:
Rotating Shift AM/PM - (Must be able to rotate) - £12.91 per hour
AM:
Monday-Thursday: 06:00-14:00, Friday 06:00-13:00
PM:
Monday
- Thursday: 14:00-22:00, Friday: 13:00-20:00
Night Shift - £14.04 per hour
Sunday: 23:00-06:00, Monday-Thursday: 22:00-06:00
Overtime during the week and Saturday paid at x1.5 rate and Sunday overtime paid at x2 rate.
Compulsory overtime may be called on site due to customer needs, and can be called with short notice
** OT rates are paid after completing the 39h standard hours
Role:
As a Production / Manufacturing Operator you will be working on behalf of our client, they are a leading manufacturing organisation that specialises in the automotive sector. You will be trained on various processes to suit your individual skill set. This could be either the manufacturing process, foam plant process or the assembling.
