🔎 About the Role
You'll take responsibility for a broad and interesting range of residential property matters. Working closely with clients and third parties, you'll ensure transactions run smoothly from initial instruction through to post‑completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a busy environment, and is passionate about delivering a high-quality service.

• Managing your own caseload of residential property files, including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Shared ownership transactions
• New build purchases
• Help to Buy and Right to Buy matters
• Drafting, reviewing and advising on contracts, title documents and searches
• Raising and responding to enquiries efficiently
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, developers, lenders and other solicitors
• Ensuring all transactions progress in a timely manner, meeting key deadlines
• Completing matters accurately, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with confidence
• A proactive, client-focused approach with strong attention to detail

• £40,000+ salary, depending on experience
