Creative Marketing Artist

We’re looking for an AI Architect – Creative to embed Generative AI directly into high-performance creative production workflows across video, static imagery, audio, and playable ads.

This role will design and product ionise AI-powered pipelines using modern, local, open-source models. You’ll act as the Creative team’s AI specialist—driving innovation, improving efficiency, and ensuring scalable, commercially impactful creative output.

• Champion an AI-first creative culture
• Build and optimise AI pipelines for image, video, audio, and playable content
• Lead hands-on work with diffusion models and tools such as Comfy
  
  UI, Fooocus, and Automatic

• Develop reusable workflows and automation (e.g., n8n integrations)
• Train and upskill creatives through workshops and documentation
• Drive R&D into emerging models and experimental workflows
• Improve speed, performance, and cost-efficiency through AI adoption

• Deep expertise in diffusion models and generative AI applications in production environments
• Proven ability to product ionise AI tools from concept to deployment
  • Strong documentation and process design discipline
  • Confident communicator across technical and executive stakeholders
  • Analytical, output-driven mindset with strong curiosity for emerging AI
