The Role

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect
, you will design and lead the delivery of complex Marketing Cloud solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll ensure secure, scalable architectures while guiding teams on best practices for data integration, personalization, and campaign automation. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate marketing strategies into robust technical designs that maximize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform’s capabilities.

Your responsibilities:

• Own all end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud programs, including data migrations, data quality, system integrations, third‑party applications, App Exchange products, and custom development.
• Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that deliver greater business value.
• Collaborate effectively and communicate complex concepts clearly, using creative and prescriptive thinking.
• Design and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions while documenting best practices.
• Build custom solutions, integrations, and data migrations within the Marketing Cloud platform.
• Ensure high‑quality, high‑performance delivery of Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise.
• Conduct impact assessments for critical enhancements and manage end‑to‑end delivery.
• Stay current with emerging technologies such as PWA/MRT and Salesforce B2C.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Demonstrate deep expertise in AMPscript, SQL, and integration with marketing and CRM systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Design and optimize data architecture and data models within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hold relevant Salesforce certifications, including Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, and Consultant.
• Proficient with Dev Ops and CI/CD tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Git, Sonar Qube, Kubernetes, Git Hub, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with communication tools like Infobip for SMS and email campaigns.
• Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to complex technical challenges.
• Experienced in integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external platforms and systems.
• Background in marketing technologies and Salesforce administration to support end‑to‑end solutions.
• Experience as a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist.
• Previous Experience in the Salesforce Automotive Domain is considered an advantage.
