What you’ll be doing ?As Spa Receptionist, you will ensure our customers feel welcome and at ease the moment they come through the door. Whether they visit the gym, are a regular spa guest, or have a day/stay of relaxation and spa pampering planned, it’s your warm and friendly greeting that sets the tone for their experience.
You’ll take treatment bookings and payments, answer membership and treatment enquiries, and work closely with the therapy team to keep the spa running smoothly. You’ll also support your manager in maximising revenue through proactive product sales and careful treatment diary management, and provide information on hotel services, helping guests unwind during their stay.
What you’ll need?- Well presented, confident, with natural people skills.
- Tech savvy, able to manage bookings within our ‘prem spa’ booking engine.
- Direct experience in a hotel or spa environment is preferable, though a strong ability to provide great service and build rapport with guests is more important.
The ideal candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including regular weekends and bank holidays.
