Overview

Community Mental Health Support Worker - Band 3, Leamington Spa. Full time, permanent role. We’re always on the lookout for people who share our passion for improving the lives and wellbeing of people in our community, as well as our values of compassion, collaboration, excellence, integrity and respect.

Responsibilities
  • Work with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to deliver recovery-focussed interventions in the community, including a range of individual and group interventions.
  • Support well established clinics, working alongside medical staff and other team members to ensure patients’ needs are met.
  • Be predominantly based at St Mary’s Lodge, Leamington Spa, with bases at Stratford Healthcare, Stratford Upon Avon, and a role that covers South Warwickshire.
  • Visit the team and participate in team events and developments to support a positive working atmosphere and collaborative working.
  • Receive regular support and supervision; contribute to staff development and opportunities for staff growth are discussed throughout your time with the team.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Enthusiastic individuals who can work confidently on their own, as well as supporting the team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills; knowledge of mental illness and the challenges this brings in daily life.
  • Driver with access to a car that can be used for business purposes.
