Mental Health Community Support Worker - South Warwickshire

Overview

Community Mental Health Support Worker - Band 3, Leamington Spa. Full time, permanent role. • Work with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to deliver recovery-focussed interventions in the community, including a range of individual and group interventions.
• Support well established clinics, working alongside medical staff and other team members to ensure patients’ needs are met.
• Be predominantly based at St Mary’s Lodge, Leamington Spa, with bases at Stratford Healthcare, Stratford Upon Avon, and a role that covers South Warwickshire.
• Visit the team and participate in team events and developments to support a positive working atmosphere and collaborative working.
• Receive regular support and supervision; contribute to staff development and opportunities for staff growth are discussed throughout your time with the team.

• Enthusiastic individuals who can work confidently on their own, as well as supporting the team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills; knowledge of mental illness and the challenges this brings in daily life.
• Driver with access to a car that can be used for business purposes.
