Paraplanner

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Level 4-qualified Paraplanner with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services to join our growing team. In this role, you will be providing essential support to two Financial Advisors, assisting with 5-10 new client cases per month. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-caliber professionals in a fast-paced environment with consistent client engagement.

• Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and preparation of client reports
• Draft suitability letters and create tailored financial plans
• Manage new client onboarding, helping with application processes, and documentation
• Support client review meetings, assisting in tracking and reporting on clients’ portfolios
• Collaborate closely with advisors to provide seamless client service
• Ensure regulatory compliance and the accuracy of documentation

• Minimum of 2 years of paraplanning experience
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and client-centric approach
