Financial Adviser

Overview

As a Financial Adviser at Parkway Consulting, you will be part of our close-knit and supportive team providing advice and guidance across pensions, investments and protection. You will work collaboratively with the existing advisers and administration team to ensure a holistic financial service is provided to clients. There is a small bank of clients available for ongoing servicing, with opportunities to work with clients who have legacy policies, and some leads provided.

You must be willing to actively grow your client book. This position is based in Leamington Spa, CV34, with hybrid working options.

• Basic salary £40,000 – £60,000 + uncapped bonus potential.

• Understanding client’s financial goals, assessing their current financial situation, and advising on personalised strategies to meet these needs.
• Providing ongoing advice and regular reports in line with ongoing servicing agreements.
• Grow continued referrals through great advice and service.
• Stay updated with financial regulations through regular CPD.

• Level 4 DipFA or CII Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• You must have experience in giving financial advice and ideally you will have experience in Inheritance Tax Planning.
• You’ll have excellent communication and customer service skills.
