Paraplanner Leamington Spa, Warwickshire - £33,000 to £40,000 DOE and qualifications. Permanent, full time Working alongside our advisers, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial reports, undertaking technical research, and helping ensure that our advice is compliant, client-focused, and actionable. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys being part of a close-knit team that values quality over quantity.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join our dedicated team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality financial planning services.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IFAs to build tailored financial plans based on client needs and objectives
- Produce clear, compliant, and well-structured suitability reports
- Conduct in-depth product and provider research across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
- Liaise with clients and providers to gather necessary documentation and data
- Stay current with regulatory and industry changes, ensuring advice remains compliant
- Cash flow modelling and use of financial planning tools
- Attend initial meetings with our Independent Financial Advisers
- Certificate in Paraplanning qualification or higher
- Experience in paraplanning within an IFA environment
- Strong knowledge of investment, pension, and protection products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Comfortable using back-office systems and financial planning software
