We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a well:established manufacturing environment based in Leamington Spa. Working a permanent day shift, the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will support both planned and reactive maintenance activities across plant equipment, machinery, and site facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to become part of an experienced team, ensuring operational efficiency and minimal downtime within a fast:paced production setting.

• Repair and maintain plant equipment, machinery, tools, and production processes
• Carry out preventative maintenance including servicing, inspection, testing, and cleaning
• Respond to machinery breakdowns in a timely and effective manner
• Conduct fault diagnosis and root cause analysis
• Liaise with suppliers and technical support teams where required
• Perform general site maintenance tasks as needed

• Experience with in a manufacturing or engineering environment as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or similar
• Apprenticeship within an engineering discipline preferred but not essential
• Proven experience maintaining a range of machinery and on:site facilities
• Clean UK driving licence
• Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial environments advantageous
• Strong fault:finding ability with excellent attention to detail
