Business Travel Consultant – Edinburgh Office / Leamington Spa

This role will ideally be based full time at our Edinburgh office and will contribute to our expanding operations team. Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days at home) may be considered after successful completion of probation and/or training.

• Handle enquiries and reservations, ensuring professional responses, arranging and confirming bookings, and building traveller profiles.
• Conduct research to secure the best deals for clients.
• Process e‑tickets and travel documentation.
• Provide advice on visas, passport requirements, and vaccinations for each itinerary.
• Handle refunds and cancellations.

• Motivated and passionate with previous experience in business travel.
• Experience using Sabre GDS;
  Galileo experience is also valued.
• Excellent telephone manner, verbal reasoning skills, and great attention to detail.
• Confident in face‑to‑face client interactions.
• Available to work rota hours between 8 am and 6 pm.
