What You'll Be Doing

Oversee and manage all on-site activities to achieve successful project completion.
Ensure industry-leading health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained at all times.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to deliver planned works.
Produce and monitor short-term programmes aligned with overall project schedules.
Monitor costs and ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of works.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including clients and project teams.

Who You Are

We're looking for a candidate who:

Has proven experience in a Site Manager or similar on-site leadership role within construction.
Has proven experience in a range of sectors, including Education, Healthcare, commercial, and Leisure
Demonstrates strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Has excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage subcontractors and site teams.
Understands and enforces robust health & safety procedures.
