Nursery Practitioner

Location: Emscote House Day Nursery (CV32 5DE
)

Contract: Permanent |
1520 hours per week | 52 weeks per year

Working Pattern: Monday‑Friday – 11:00‑15:00 or 11:00‑14:00

Salary: £25,937.60 – £32,406.40 per annum (pro‑rata) | £12.47 – £15.58 per hour

About You
  • Holds a DfE‑approved Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS, enabling you to work as a Key Person.
  • Plans and delivers engaging, high‑quality learning experiences through play.
  • Observes, assesses, and records children’s development effectively.
  • Is committed to safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively with children, parents, and colleagues, building positive relationships.
