• Develop innovative approaches to analyzing weapon system data with statistics and data analysis to help sustain and maintain the Minuteman III (MMIII) weapon system.
• Analyze failure and performance data across ICBM subsystems.
• Develop engaging visualizations and reports to show MMIII data trends and results.
• Prepare presentations and reports to brief Northrop Grumman and Air Force leadership on the status of weapon system assessment and risks.
• Participate and lead risk management of weapon system parts and subsystems.
• Dynamically engage with AF customers to meet their needs and provide insight for sustainment of the ICBM weapon system.

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of experience (or 0 years with master’s degree) for Systems Engineer level.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Must successfully pass Enhanced Security Clearances within reasonable time.
• 1 year of experience in Air Force or other DoD weapon system sustainment enterprise.
• 1 year of experience with data analytics, automation, or coding.
• 6 months of experience with ICBM, Aerospace, or DoD program demonstrating leadership, interpersonal skills, and written/verbal communication.
• For Principal Systems Engineer level: 5 years of experience (or 3 years with master’s) and 1 year with PhD.

• Experience with Air Force’s Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS).
• Experience using advanced data analytics tools to provide enhanced insight into weapon system conditions.
• Experience managing risks for a weapon system.
• Experience working with government customers.
• Dynamic personality for customer interactions.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.

Salary Range:
Primary level $79,300.00 – $;
Secondary level $98,400.00 – $.
