What You Will Get To Do- Develop change request packages and represent the package through the change board process.
- Ensure change request package meets quality standards and is board ready.
- Coordinate comment follow-up, resolution, and approvals.
- Coordinate and provide input into impact assessments.
- Coordinate resolution and closeout of board action items.
- Interface with Configuration Management when submitting change requests and finalize change requests after board approval.
- Ensure approved change requests are implemented prior to change request closure.
- Follow through to ensure change requests are closed timely.
- Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
- Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 2 years of relevant engineering experience; 0 years with a Master’s.
- 2 years of experience with MS Office.
- 2 years of presentation experience with the ability to present to project and program management, other technical managers, and customers.
- 2 years of technical writing experience in school or work.
- Current DoD Top Secret clearance.
- Understanding of systems engineering principles and processes.
- Direct experience using the DOORS Requirements Management Database.
- Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering concepts.
- Subcontractor technical oversight experience.
- 1 year of project management experience.

Standard work schedule is 9/80. This schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Salary range is a guideline; additional factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions are considered.
Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and, for VP/Director positions, Long Term Incentives. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays, and paid time off.
