Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure adherence to customer service programs;
Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures, including money security and deposits;
Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders in a timely manner and contact customers upon shipment arrivals;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and manage returns and exchanges efficiently
