Telecom Installation Technician – Hire Energy, Rowlett, TX, US

We are looking for Telecom Installation Technicians to support our leading provider of communications and digital infrastructure services in California and Texas. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of cutting‑edge broadband solutions. This is a paid‑training position with hourly base pay plus service pay for each service completed after training.

• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to maneuver and climb ladders (capacity 75 lbs.) and work at heights in various conditions
• Capability to work outside in diverse locations and weather extremes
• Basic knowledge or desire to learn about electronics, computers, software, and network connectivity
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug screen and industry‑standard background check

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CATV, satellite, electrical, security, and HVAC systems
• Work on broadband infrastructure projects as required
• Assist in learning and applying new technologies

• Accept a background check and drug test
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
