Job Requirements:- Follow all Smoothie recipes
- Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Clean dishes and perform general cleaning tasks
- Cashiering and order taking
- Provide above and beyond customer service
- Inspire a healthy and active lifestyle
- Schedule writing, interviews/hiring, and training of new employees
- Handle deposits, inventory counts/management, and truck orders
- Demonstrate a bias towards action—willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
