Overview
As an ER Nurse Manager II, you will lead a team in the Emergency Department, focusing on high-quality care and patient safety. You will have the opportunity to shape a positive work environment and implement important policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Shape a positive team environment.
- Ensure high-quality nursing practices.
- Promote teamwork and patient safety.
- Create plans and implement policies.

- Act as caregiver when needed.
Full time days, Monday-Friday with flexibility to work with night and weekend shift staff.
QualificationsRequired
- Associate degree or higher
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas (TX)
