Pay Range: $32 - $54/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Perform rapid triage, assessment, and reassessment of patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries
• Initiate emergency nursing interventions based on clinical judgment and established protocols
• Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Assist with emergency procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and trauma resuscitation
• Provide care for patients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations (as applicable)
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety guidelines

• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required upon hire or within 30 days of hire or transfer)
