Restoration Supervisor

Compensación: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Do you love helping people through difficult situations? Join SERVPRO of Allen/Rockwall/Rowlett as a Restoration Supervisor. In this role you will guide restoration projects, ensure high quality service, and maintain safety and customer satisfaction.

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects; protect and use equipment and materials properly.

• Effective written and oral communication with basic math and computer skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry objects repetitively.
• Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
