Job Summary:
The IT Systems Analyst reports to the Information Technology Supervisor.
They are responsible for the administration, security, and performance of critical IT environments.
They ensure system availability, support operations, and contribute to technological modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi clusters, storage, and virtual networks
• Monitor and maintain Azure environments (AVD, VMs, security, networking)
• Actively participate in cybersecurity initiatives (MFA, CA, hardening)
• Ensure Teams and CUCM telephony
• Develop automation scripts using Power Shell and APIs
• Document architectures and provide Level 3 support
• Participate in major IT projects and continuous improvement

Communication and

Collaboration:

• Communicate action plans and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT, OT, maintenance, engineering, and security teams
• Work with vendors and integrators
• Contribute to IT governance and practice harmonization

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Excellent mastery of Windows Server / AD / Entra
• Strong understanding of VMware vSphere
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in system administration
• Experience in hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud)
• Experience in technical cybersecurity
• Knowledge of OT (asset)
• Power Shell automation (asset)

    14 days on-site followed by 14 days off
