Informations
The Project Manager reports to the Mudwizard Manager. The selected individual acts as the main point of contact for clients regarding innovative sludge management solutions and ensures technical after‑sales service. In addition to planning, this person is responsible for proactively managing projects, from needs analysis and design to production and commissioning at the client’s site.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide technical support to sales representatives with their clients;
- Assess client needs to clearly identify expectations;
- Conduct site visits, gather information to ensure alignment with the value proposition and the start‑up of sold units;
- Propose a system tailored to the client’s needs and present the project (in the client’s language);
- Manage required materials for the project efficiently;
- Plan and carry out installation at the client’s site;
- Follow up with clients to deliver excellent after‑sales service;
- Provide technical service to clients;
- Offer on‑site training to clients as needed;
- All other related tasks.
Hold a college diploma in industrial maintenance or relevant project management experience, combined with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in civil and/or mining work (any other form of training and/or experience will be considered).
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) for communication (approximately 40% of the time) with suppliers outside Quebec, Canadian and U.S. subsidiaries, clients outside Quebec, and colleagues;
- Ability to provide high-quality technical service to clients;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Inventor software;
- Mechanical knowledge and manual skills;
- Good understanding of the mining industry and civil works in general is an asset;
- Ability to read, analyze, and design plans is an asset.
