Job Title: Delivery Driver – Chick-fil-A

Starting Pay: $10/hour + $6–$10/hour in tips!

• Deliver meals safely and efficiently with a sense of urgency and hospitality
• Act as a Chick-fil-A brand ambassador on every delivery
• Communicate clearly and promptly with customers through our delivery app
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and prep area
• Address customer concerns professionally and courteously
• Uphold Chick-fil-A’s high standards of presentation and service
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A caring and professional attitude
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• A smartphone with a data plan and GPS capability
• Ability to lift and carry delivery tote bags (up to 25 lbs)
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
