In this role as a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be the go-to expert for on-road services at our Commercial Truck & Tire Centers. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and attentive service.

Starting Pay: Guaranteed Base Rate: $23 - $25 Hourly

Incentive Earnings: Earn 35% of your service labor sales. When your incentive exceeds your base guarantee, you'll receive the higher incentive pay.

Location: 1709 Royston Lane, Round Rock, TX

About the Role:
What will you do?

• Technical Expertise:
  Conduct preventative and light maintenance on commercial vehicles, focusing on various areas such as wheel end work, brakes, air systems, and more.
• Tire Service:
  Provide specialized tire services, including mounting, dismounting, and repairs.
• Safety:
  Uphold safety and liability policies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
• Work Together:
  Collaborate as part of a motivated team to meet organizational goals and deadlines.
• Physical:
  Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age.
• Must have one year of previous commercial truck or light mechanical service experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
