* - Minimum of 3 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience required.
- High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School Graduate.
- EPA Universal license is a must.
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record.
- Hands-on skills in repairing and maintaining various chiller manufacturers, cooling towers, pumps, motors, HVAC systems, and related equipment.
- Experience with water source heat pumps, evaporative condensers, and data center environmental equipment.
- Knowledge of basic HVAC controls and VFDs.
- Familiarity with air handling equipment, including VAV systems, typically found in larger commercial settings.
- Expertise in performing preventive maintenance on hydronic cooling and heating systems and pump/motor alignments.
- OEM certifications and experience are highly desirable.
