What’s the Role?

We’re looking for a driven and personable Outside Sales Representative who can turn conversations into partnerships and prospects into loyal customers. You’ll hit the road, meet face‑to‑face with potential clients, and work closely with businesses to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. No two days look the same, and the sky’s the limit on what you can earn.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos that highlight our value
  • Customize proposals and close deals to meet client needs
  • Use CRM software to manage your pipeline, forecast revenue, and track customer interactions
Relationship Building
  • Develop strong, long‑term relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any service needs
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding each client’s operation and offering smart solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver excellent service from start to finish
Industry Engagement
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
  • Represent 3C at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of our products and services to better support customer needs
What You Bring to the Table
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment or services
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport and close deals
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Driven, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented
  • Comfortable traveling regularly to meet clients and attend events
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales technology
