Position Summary...

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards and procedures, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; and addressing improvement opportunities and changes.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and applying an Open Door Policy and related practices in executing business processes.
• Demonstrates respect for individuals, embraces diverse cultures and ideas, creates a sense of belonging, and fosters teamwork by building relationships, communicating with impact, and motivating others.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may depend on schedule, facility, season, or work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
