Ability to close weekends or weekdays until 7:30pmShift leaders/keyholders serve as "manager on duty" for short periods during hours the store is open as well as being trained to open and close the storeOpening and closing the store by following a list of tasks assigned for each daySupervising staffCoaching, training and motivating team members to achieve higher performance and interaction with all customersDemonstrate high values and service by leading by example on and off the sales floorHelping maintain a fresh and visually enticing store that is clean and well organized at a level exceeding the competition and above customer expectationsExcellence at sales, customer service, housekeeping and all other in-store tasksSales and Results DrivenDevelop and execute strategies to drive customer traffic, customer buys and customer salesAdhere to company guidelines keeping COGS (cost of goods) in balance and minimizing the potential for lossProviding excellent customer service through brand and style knowledgeParticipate in visual merchandising of store and overall appearanceSales and customer service to shoppersSALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE (all shift leaders must be functional in this role):Assisting customers on the sales floor, in the dressing room and at the registerProviding excellent customer service at all timesProcessing incoming product to include tagging, sensoring and moving to and from back stock as neededBenefits:
