Overview
Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $19.00/hr
Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. The Sales Support Associate role is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency; it requires direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing customers. You will interact with customers at the cash wrap and maintain a well-organized sales floor, ensuring accurate and effective work from receipt of product through the point of sale.
Responsibilities- Cash Wrap: greet customers, read cues, conduct email/name capture where permitted by law, maintain POS accuracy, keep cash wrap clean, suggest add-ons and gift cards, ensure cash and POS media compliance with Coach policy, and thank customers to encourage repeat visits.
- Stockroom / Warehouse: receive shipments/transfers, notify management on arrivals, scan cartons/transfers, communicate discrepancies, process shipments per Coach standards, organize stockroom daily (including offsite/remote warehouse as applicable), manage stock levels, and participate in regular cycle counts and store inventories.
- Sales Floor: monitor replenishment needs, replenish zone, execute visual merchandising, support floor activities, communicate product features and availability, respond to customer requests, and maintain housekeeping standards.

- Experience:
1-3 years in retail (cashier/stock/sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment; knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. - Technical:
Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet), use of walkie talkie, ability to read price and product release sheets. - Physical:
Fast-paced work ability; effective communication; ability to move around the sales floor, stock room, and shelves; ability to climb, bend, kneel; frequently lift/carry up to 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds for product/shipment handling. - Schedule:
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays with high retail traffic as applicable.
