As a Stylist, you will create an engaging guest experience at Francesca’s boutique, exuding warmth and positive energy, initiating conversation and connecting with guests in a genuine, fun way. In addition to guest experience, you will:

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the boutique point‑of‑sale system.
• Embrace product knowledge, current trends, and boutique promotions to inspire guests.
• Assist in maintaining a visually inspiring boutique, including recovery and replenishment of product.
• Partner with the leadership team to execute company direction and complete tasks while prioritizing our guests.

• Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
