• Maintains safety of facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required audits and documentation; securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Follows company policies related to freezer/cooler areas by complying with food handling policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, following cold chain procedures, cleaning the area, monitoring equipment operation, and reporting issues to management.
• Supports a clean, sanitized, and member-ready environment throughout the freezer, cooler, and deli areas.
