• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• At least two years of relevant work experience required.
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets.
• Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions, if applicable.
• Must qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
• Proficiency in inventory software, order processing systems, and MS Office.

• Complete Firearms Sales Certification Training, if applicable.

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 60 pounds, etc.
• Adhere to work hours, policies, and rules.
