About the RoleAs a luxury brand evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences and provide feedback to help brands refine their services. You may visit stores, purchase online, or evaluate returns; your observations shape the future of luxury retail.

- Visit luxury stores or evaluate online and engage with sales associates
- Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience
- Provide honest feedback through our platform via questionnaires

- Must be 18 years or older
- Current customer of premium and luxury brands
- Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality
- Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Observant and passionate about customer experience
- No prior experience required; honest feedback from genuine customers is valued
- Non-Purchase Evaluations:
Fee based on mission complexity - Purchase-Based Evaluations:
Reimbursement for approved items as stated in the mission brief
