We are inviting you to apply for the Broiler Cook position. In this role, you must possess a deep understanding of beef cuts, their flavor profiles, textures and cooking methods as well as expertise in handling and preparing dry-aged meats.

We require that you have background consisting of proficiency in butchery, the ability to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, and the capacity to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring all proteins are cooked to perfection and delivered to guests with exceptional quality and consistency.

Additional required skills include:

• 3+ years of experience as a Broiler Cook or similar role in a fine-dining or high-end steak house.
• In-depth knowledge of beef cuts and dry-aged cooking methods.
• Proficient in butchery techniques.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
