Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join our Urgent Care team in Round Rock, TX. This role offers a predictable schedule and a manageable workload while facing complex cases in a collaborative environment.

• Deliver walk‑in, outpatient care for pets with non‑life‑threatening conditions that still need prompt veterinary attention.
• Triage and treat urgent and emergency cases, demonstrating strong medical and diagnostic skills.
• Work collaboratively with primary veterinarians to ensure continuity of care and provide recommendations for follow‑up.
• Participate in team meetings, education sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) or equivalent degree.
• State Veterinary Board license in good standing for the state of hire.
• Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Thrive Round Rock is an urgent care practice focusing on minor emergencies that are not life‑threatening, such as lacerations, pain management, hypersensitivity reactions, mild gastrointestinal upset, ear infections, urinary tract infections, and non‑obstructed FLUTD/FUS cases. We serve the Round Rock community and surrounding areas including Remington Heights, Warner Ranch, Windy Park, Kensington Place, and Pflugerville Heights.

Hours:

Monday – Sunday, 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm.
