• As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to safety policies, procedures, and state/federal guidelines and regulations.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of patients per established policies and procedures.
• Identify, document and report changes in condition of resident to the supervisor.

• Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
