• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1750-$1870

• Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday

• Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days

• Hours per Week: 40

• Call Requirements: 3-5 general call days per month, including 1-2 weekend call days

• Unit: 10 Operating Rooms, 1:1 patient ratio

• Scrub Color:
Light Blue (provided by facility)
Operating Room RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state

• BLS certification required

• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience

• Clinical expertise in at least one specialty:
Neurology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, or Robotics

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, prioritizing patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures

• Assist surgeons and surgical technologists in specialties such as Ortho, Plastics, Urology, Neurology, and Robotics

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility protocols

• Participate in scheduled call rotations, including weekend coverage

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
