Overall Responsibility To maintain the Round Rock 5 (RR5) hardware library inventory. Completing orders, and returning material to their correct locations.

• Prioritize work tasks based on processing schedules and client expectations, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain part inventory accuracy through quarterly inventory. Inventory consists of scanning each rack and then reconciling any discrepant parts.
• Complete orders within the contracted SLA (currently 4 business hours).
• Orders must be scanned out by customers using their badge.
• Serial number for each individual part must be scanned into the order within MTrack.
• Check in parts that are returned from testing.
• Must be ESD compliant.
• Must be returned to the proper project regardless of any project changes that occur.
• Must be placed on the correct rack that corresponds to the project.
• Part utilization reports must be run as customers request to identify which parts can be purged.
• This report is part of the MTrack database but will need to be converted into an Excel file.
• Material must be purged upon request; at times a utilization report will need to be run and given to a customer due to space limits per project.
• Engage in repetitive motion activities such as twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, sit, talk, or hear as required by job duties.
• Close vision and ability to focus are necessary for performing tasks accurately.
• Ability to engage in repetitive motion activities like twisting, bending, and climbing.
• Good communication skills.
• Heavy lifting – 50 lbs.
• Time management skills.

Compensation The pay range for this position starts at $24.00/hr; however, base salary offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
