Job SummaryAs a CPI Senior Team Lead, you will efficiently coordinate the work of the production team members involved in the electronic operations. You will occupy a key role working with and for a company that builds the physical infrastructure that powers, protects and secures the world’s digital technology. Day to day, you will be responsible for planning and organizing workflow to ensure production runs smoothly, including problem‑solving, holding employees accountable, and meeting safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
EssentialFunctions
- Optimize production build plan to meet order commit dates.
- Oversee process and material flows, space management to maximize utilization of space designated for assigned operation.
- Set daily priorities of production staff in assigned area.
- Follow and enforce work rules and process documentation.
- Oversee employee training.
- Monitor quality of incoming raw material and finished product.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

- Self‑motivated but comfortable seeking direction when appropriate.
- Basic computer skills.
- Effective communication with Customer Service, Operations Management and Engineering.
- Available and willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as production demand dictates.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, carrying, stooping, and crouching.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
