This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Specialist, located in San Antonio, TX. The Maintenance Specialist will oversee and perform day-to-day property maintenance, ensure the completion of preventive maintenance tasks, and promptly address maintenance and repair requests.
Qualifications- Experience with Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance tasks
- Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
