This is a volunteer remote role for a Lead Magnets Specialist. The individual in this role will design and execute lead magnet strategies to effectively attract potential clients and partners. Key tasks include developing downloadable resources, creating engaging email campaigns, tracking performance metrics, analyzing user engagements, and identifying opportunities to enhance lead generation efforts. The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing team to align lead magnet content with broader marketing goals.

• Content creation, copywriting, and creative development skills
• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies
• Proficiency in content analytics, A/B testing, and customer engagement analysis
• Strong organizational skills, effective project management, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with tools related to email marketing platforms and design software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with AI and technology‑focused industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
