Temporary Human Resources AdminKalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for first point of contact for associates in the human resources office, daily operations of the office and uniform distribution and inventory.

—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll ensure employees are supported, informed, and set up for success from day one. By handling onboarding, benefits, and workplace concerns smoothly, you’ll help create a positive, professional environment that associates can thrive in.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and respond to all department visitors, applicants, associates, and vendors to assist with inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Administration of New Hire Processing, i.e. entering all new hire paperwork, re-entering all information after New Hire orientation, and file management
- Assist in uniform management to include distribution and physical inventory
- Other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager or Corporate Director of Human Resources.
- Prior HR administration or hotel experience helpful but not required.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills and confidentiality are a must.
- Ability to maintain own office to include typing, filing, computer, telephone and fax.
- Must be able to work well in an unsupervised setting.
- Must maintain composure and objectivity while under pressure.
- Must be able to write, read, and speak English fluently. Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
- Must be available to work Tuesday – Saturday.
