We are HIRING a CERTIFIED MEDICATION AIDE | LEAD ROLE
FULL TIME and PART TIME (DAYS, Med Aides Only/EVE/OVERNIGHT shifts)

Applicants will be subject to a criminal history background check and may be subject to drug testing.
Primary Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Lead Role also responsible for managing staff on shift ensuring responsibilities and duties are completed and ensuring resident care needs are met.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide emotional support
- Administer medications to residents following the prescribed dosage and schedule
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs and reactions to medications
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Stay updated on medication administration best practices and participate in ongoing training
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Additional Universal Worker tasks such as kitchen duties, basic housekeeping, delivering resident mail and as assigned.

Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), minimum 1 year
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA), minimum 1 year
- 2yr + Experience and passion working with Alzheimers & dementia care residents
- Knowledge of EHR systems and medical documentation
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Experience in lead shift roles in assisted living environment.
- Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with family members, staff and visitors
Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly Wage
