Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Director of IDD Crisis Services, the OBI Team Lead provides administrative program oversight and supports the effective operation, quality assurance, and compliance of the OBI program. This role ensures that services are delivered in alignment with HHSC standards, program requirements, and participant needs.
Program And Caseload Management- Oversee and maintain the OBI Program caseload, including assigning new participants from the OBI waitlist.
- Conduct OBI program screenings to determine participant eligibility and readiness to commit to the one-year intensive service model.
- Review Person Centered Recovery Plans (PCRPs) to ensure goals meet SMART criteria (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).
- Ensure staff completion of PCRPs and ABC Checklist every 90 days for all program participants.
- Prepare and submit quarterly reports in March, June, September, December.
- Conduct three audits per month using the HHSC audit template to ensure program quality and adherence to standards.
- Review opportunities for reimbursement.
- Serve as lead with the Smart Care team on development of the OBI notes in Smart Care.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings to review cases and monitor compliance with HHSC requirements and performance metrics.
- Participate in supervision meetings with OBI employees to support performance, program consistency and professional development.
- Report any programmatic or operational challenges to the Director of IDD Crisis Services in a timely manner.
This position is PART TIME.
Location:
Remote - Must live in Bluebonnet Trails catchment area (Bastrop, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Lee or Williamson County)
Hourly Salary Range: TBD
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social, behavioral, or human service field including, but not limited to: psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human development, gerontology, educational psychology, education or criminal justice.
- Must have at least one year experience providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Must have valid Texas Drivers License and maintain approved drivers status.
- Knowledge of the OBI Program.
- Knowledge of the OBI program and/or program management experience.
