- All employees start with 15 days of vacation per year, with increases over tenure. Additional personal, sick, and holiday leave are provided (3 days personal, 6 days sick, 7 days holiday).

- Reimbursement of provider's professional licensing fee and annual membership dues to their professional organization, after establishing as a provider with LSCC.

- You are a board-certified APRN who is passionate about serving underserved populations and removing barriers to care.
- Comfortable providing care in person and virtually; capable of growing a practice with patient participation in decision-making for treatment in an outpatient setting.

- Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Able to work independently in a group setting while seeking support and consultation from colleagues.
- Ability to collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure patient safety if higher levels of care are needed.
- Strong computer/technology skills to document in an electronic health record, conduct telemedicine visits, and communicate with colleagues virtually.
- Bilingual English/Spanish language skills preferred.
All LSCC employees function as members of a collaborative health care team to create and maintain a Patient Centered Medical Home, emphasizing excellent communication, support for patient self-management, and culturally competent care supported by information technology.
