• Comprehensive compensation package that includes competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 403(b).
• All employees start with 15 days of vacation per year, with increases over tenure. Additional personal, sick, and holiday leave are provided (3 days personal, 6 days sick, 7 days holiday).
• Annual stipend and 5 paid days off for continuing education.
• Reimbursement of provider's professional licensing fee and annual membership dues to their professional organization, after establishing as a provider with LSCC.
• Eligible for student loan repayment through external federal and state programs.

• You are a board-certified APRN who is passionate about serving underserved populations and removing barriers to care.
• Comfortable providing care in person and virtually; capable of growing a practice with patient participation in decision-making for treatment in an outpatient setting.
• Mission-focused and committed to improving access to quality healthcare.
• Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Able to work independently in a group setting while seeking support and consultation from colleagues.
• Ability to collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure patient safety if higher levels of care are needed.
• Strong computer/technology skills to document in an electronic health record, conduct telemedicine visits, and communicate with colleagues virtually.
• Bilingual English/Spanish language skills preferred.
